Single Subscription $99 We've had an enormous amount of requests from you all, our customers, to implement a subscription of sorts, to guarantee that you get a low number on one of the many limited edition items we release every year. This covers Limited Edition CDs, print sets, poster sets, portfolios, basically anything created here with a number on it. Here's how it works: 1) The fee is $99/year and here's what you get. For any limited edition we release, we will guarantee a number for you. The faster you act, the better chance you'll have of getting a lower number. Please keep in mind, your subscription is only a guarantee for your number, it DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ITEMS we make available. Each item will be individually priced, and your subscription fee simply gets you a low number, and then you will pay for each limited edition item after the subscription fee. 2) For every CD/LP limited edition, the first 25 copies go to the Cryptic Corp. Archives, the second 25 copies go to the Ralph Archives, so the first number available with the CD limited editions is #51. The first 50 copies have always gone to the Archives, and we must keep this practice intact. BUT, this means the first copy available would be #51, so if you are the first subscriber, this means in the Limited Edition CD world, you will receive #51, and in the Limited Edition world of prints/posters etc, you would receive #1. The second subscriber would have numbers #52, and #2, the third #53 and #3 etc...make sense? In other words #1 (prints/posters etc) =#51 (CD/LP), #2=#52, #3=#53... RalphAmerica will guarantee that at least 4 limited edition releases (which include CDs, posters, prints, portfolios etc) will be released, before the term of your subscription is over. 3) In other words, by May 15, 2008, RalphAmerica will have made available 4 items of limited edition, numbered release (and probably MORE.) If, by that date, there have not been at least 4 items made available, you will not have to subscribe again until we've met that guarantee (we never know how quickly the Residents will be able to help us create this stuff.) If at least 4 items have been made available in that year, you have the option to renew your subscription with the same number. If another subscriber does not renew, their number may be made available at that time, and we will make that information available to all subscribers. If you are a regular Ralph customer, you have a good idea of how often these limited edition deals come along, so you can bet that you'll get your money's worth. The 4 item guarantee will only work toward our high quality limited editions, we won't create a limited edition roll of toilet paper and expect that to be part of the deal. 4) Whenever a new limited edition item is made available, you will get an email informing you of the new release, and when you order (just like you normally do) there will be a special ordering link on our site for subscribers only so that when we receive the order, we know that you are a subscriber. 5) Also, if you are a subscriber, you ARE NOT obligated to buy every limited edition item that we make available. Of course to make it worthwhile for you, you might want to pick them all up, but you are not obligated. If there are extras left over, of any limited edition item (from the subscribers who chose not to purchase the item) we will make the other low numbers available to subscribers first. 6) This also means, with every new release, you don't need to rush to place your order, once you have a subscription to a number. Order at your leisure. However, unless you've made special arrangements with Ralph America, you only have 60 days, from the release day of each item, to claim and pay for your numbered item. That's how we will know that you don't wish to purchase your item. 7) If you

it would break down 8) Subscriptions do not work retroactively. If you become a subscriber now, you cannot now buy a low number edition of Freak Show Deluxe, because those were spoken for with the past subscribers and no longer available.
